RE-BID Parking Lot Sweeping and Steam Cleaning and/or Pressure Washing Services The Contractor agrees to provide the DMV all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Santa Barbara DMV Field Office (approximately 55,330 square feet of paved parking surfaces and parking lot). See Exhibit A, Scope of Work, for a complete description of services. The anticipated term for this Agreement is December 1, 2024 or upon contract approval, whichever occurs later, through November 30, 2027. Questions are due 9/5/24 by 4:30 p.m. and must be submitted through the URL above. Answers will be released 9/12/24 by 4:30 p.m. The current contractor is CAM Property Services. The current contract is $635.00/mo. for sweeping and $762.00/mo. for pressure washing/steam cleaning. The estimate for this project is $98,388.00.
