Online Q&A Yes Q&A Deadline 09/23/2024 12:00 PM (PDT) The purpose of this Project is to address the weather and termite damage to the wood trellis located above the sidewalk and at the entrance to the public paseo between 1224 and 1226 State Street. The awarded contractor shall provide all bonds, insurance, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to remove the existing wood trellis structure and replace it with a new lumber trellis in accordance with the style and design of the original drawings and any additional conditions listed within this scope of work. The Project includes painting the supporting columns and trimming and maintaining the existing bougainvillea plant. In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid as well as a separate Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the bid total.
