License Requirements C-10 Question Deadline 10/04/2024 at 12:00 PM PT Online Q&A Yes In accordance with Civil Code 9550, if the bid exceeds $25,000, the Successful Bidder shall furnish within ten (10) consecutive calendar days after written Notice of Award, a Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid The purpose of this request for bid is to obtain bids from qualified contractors to provide routine electrical maintenance. The City of Santa Barbara seeks a qualified contractor to furnish necessary all bonds, insurance, tools, testing equipment, labor, materials, equipment rental, travel, lodging, taxes, fees, etc. pertaining to preventive maintenance and testing of primary distribution systems, substations and motor control centers for the list of equipment in Section 5.4. The lump sum bid will include all costs necessary to complete this project in accordance with these specifications. The service locations include the El Estero Wastewater Treatment Plant and the Braemar Lift Station. The initial contract will be for a one (1) year period from the date of the award. This contract can be renewed by mutual consent for 4 additional one-year terms. The maximum term shall not exceed 5 years from the date of award.
