The Project generally consist of vegetation clearing and tree removal to provide access to the work site; providing temporary creek diversion system at Debris Rack 1; removal and replacement of fencing; removal and replacement of irrigation water line at Debris Rack 2; installation of steel pipe debris rack set in a slurry cement foundation; and hydroseeding. Project location description: The WORK occurs within private property at two locations on Alamo Pintado Creek in the unincorporated area of Santa Barbara County near Los Olivos, California. Debris Rack 1 (Midland School) is located off Figueroa Mountain Road approx. 7 miles from Highway 154 and Debris Rack 2 (Chamberlin Ranch) is located off of Figueroa Mountain Road approx. 5 miles from Highway 154. Complete the project work within 30 Workings Days. Liquidated Damages $3,200 per calendar day The estimated cost of the project is $350,000.00.
