Renovation of a mixed-use development in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility; and office development.

DFCM Construction Pre-Qualified Mechanical Contractors - Department of Environmental Quality/Division of Air Quality Filter Lab Upgrades. Construction Cost Estimate: $200,000.00 Project Description: Provide a new redundant packaged humidifier, a new separate packaged dehumidifier, and the associated ductwork, piping, and electrical modifications to accommodate the new equipment. Project will also include new reverse osmosis water service and electrical modifications. . For questions relating to U3P, please email sciquestadmin@utah.gov. Project Specific Questions: Refer to Project Schedule for deadline. All questions are to be submitted through the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P). o U3P Technical/Bidding Questions: sciquestadmin@utah.gov.
