Scope of Work: Remodel and upgrade existing Student union Rooms 159, 161, and 162 for University of Utah International Organizations. This will organize an 'international center' into one area which is also adjacent to Office of Learning Abroad. Scope includes upgrades of: flooring, offices, ceilings, cabinetry, HVAC, furniture, and electrical. Alternate 1: Ceiling modification. Change ceiling type from AC2 to AC1 Alternate 2: Millwork Modification on East wall of Suite 159. Base bid is 9'-0" of Millwork. Alternate is whole length of wall.
