Description

Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Conceptual plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

* This project was cancelled. Project to include replacement of existing asphalt with new, new game line painting, concrete work, fencing, electrical, new trees, and new sod. Bids shall be accompanied by a company bid bond for ten percent (10%) of the bid price. The contractor shall provide and pay for an approved company performance bond in the amount of the fifty percent (50%) of the contract price. The Owner desires that the work under this Contract commence on _August 26th _, 2024 and be fully operational by _ October 11th_, 2024 Owner may, in its absolute discretion, disqualify the Bidder and reject its Bid submission.
