The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to select a firm(s) to provide Disaster Debris Collection, Reduction, and Disposal Services in the event of a disaster, such as tornadoes and hurricanes, within the City of DeLand. Such services may be necessary to eliminate immediate threats to lives, public health, and safety, as well as eliminate threats of damage to improved public or private property, and in order to ensure the economic recovery of the community. This Proposal is being solicited in accordance with the procurement requirements for Federal grants, as provided for in Title 2 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 200 as detailed online, and incorporated herein in order to be eligible for reimbursement under the Public Assistance Program. All contracts resulting from this solicitation must comply with the requirements of 44 CFR 13.36(b) and 2 CFR 200.317 thru 326. Bid Bond $500,000
