The County has an occasional need for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) installation of various sizes of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipe on a planned basis and HDD installation of two inch (2") and four inch (4") Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) conduit on an emergency basis. The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) is to solicit competitive sealed Bids for Contractors to provide HDD services for installation of reclaimed water, potable water and sewer distribution piping. Oral representations will not be binding on the County. The County is looking to promote partnership relationships within the policies and procedures of public procurement. Pursuant toward that end, the successful Respondent shall be awarded an Agreement for an initial three (3) years term with the option for Two (2) subsequent one (1) year renewals.. All renewals will be contingent upon mutual written agreement and, when applicable, approval of County Council.
