The Iowa Department of Administrative Services (DAS) on behalf of the Iowa Veterans home is seeking proposals for elevator inspections, service, repairs, and maintenance. The minimum number of days following the deadline for submitting proposals that the Respondent guarantees all proposal terms, including price, will remain firm is 120 Days. Question Deadline 08/21/2024 at 2:00 PM CT Respondents are invited to submit written questions and requests for clarification regarding the RFP. Respondents may also submit suggestions for changes to the specifications of this RFP. The Agency reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals received in response to this RFP at any time prior to the execution of the Contract. Issuance of this RFP in no way constitutes a commitment by the Agency to award a contract.
