30,000 gallon Office Tank. Site Address: 3129 State Highway AA. Site Directions: Bid Alternate Location: 11378 State Highway AA. Description: The scope of work for the 30,000 gallon Office Tank (located near 3129 State Hwy AA, Broseley, MO) includes prepping the exterior steel for coating, performing exterior repairs, applying a new exterior coating system, applying a new graphic to the exterior of the tank, a new external ladder with fall protection, locking ladder gate, internal blasting and recoating, wet bowl ladder, removable silt plate, relocation of the roof vent, and containment. As an alternate, costs for performing similar work on the 30,000 gallon Royals Tank will be accepted. The Owner, at their option, may eliminate the requirement for containment of the blasting and recoating operations for one, both, or neither tanks. This project includes all materials, labor, equipment, air quality control and/or containment systems, non-hazardous and/or hazardous waste disposal along with any incidental materials required for completion of the herein described work. Any person contemplating the submission of a Bid shall have Question Deadline 08/16/2024 thoroughly examined all of the various parts of these Documents, and should there be any doubt as to the meaning or intent of said Contract Documents, the Bidder should request of the Engineer, in writing (received by the Engineer at least five (5) working days prior to bid opening) an interpretation thereof.
