Broadway Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901 573-785-4202 Office of the Owner: Butler County Commission Butler County Courthouse Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901 573-686-8050 The proposed project includes: The construction of new 8" asphalt pavement County Road 650. The new pavement will be 702 ft in length and consist of a 3" aggregate base, 3" asphalt base course, and a 2" asphalt surface course. Other associated drainage and preparatory work will be completed by Butler County. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Each bidder must deposit with his bid security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates to be paid under the contract, Section 3-DBE, Segregated Facility, Section 109, and E.O. 11246. MBE and WBE bidders are encouraged to bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Question Deadline 08/13/2025 No interpretation of the meaning to the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Todd Sittig at Mathis and Associates, 114 N. Broadway, Poplar Bluff, Missouri 63901 and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
