**As of September 16th, 2025, the owner has determined a prequalified list of construction managers. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Project consists of an addition of new support/storage space to stage waste to be hauled off-site, site preparation, modifications to the existing MURR building in preparation for the addition ,exterior enclosure, interior walls, doors, flooring, painting, concrete drilled piers, concrete foundations and walls, structural steel frame, AHU's, fan filter units, VAV's, ductwork, piping, control wiring, steam and chilled water tie in, normal and emergency power systems, lighting, electrical devices, and low voltage rough in plumbing fixtures and piping along with tie in to existing radiation waste piping, fire sprinklers and fire alarm system throughout the new building along with tie in to the MURR fire alarm system.
