Construction of the Alliston Elevated Water Storage Tank. TIMELINE: A Request For Proposals from Engineering, Planning and Project Management Services has been issued by the owner. The successful proponent shall review background documents and provide project management services for all project phases and activities described in this RFP. The proponent shall complete a Class Environmental Assessment (EA), Preliminary Design Report (PDR) and 30% Design, as well as complete the 60%, 90% and 100% Detailed Design including preparation and submission for Agency applications and approvals. The successful proponent shall complete a Tender Ready Package including contract drawings and documents, and other services related to New Alliston Elevated Water Storage Tank. Contract administration and site inspection services shall be included as provisional. Enquiries should be forwarded to Purchasing Services Lori Rammo purchasing@newtecumseth.ca, prior to September 03/2024 at 2:00 PM ET. Town of New Tecumseth may post responses here or may issue an addendum responding to your questions. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
