Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

2,149 LF of 8-inch water line and all appurtenances 2,360 LF of 8-inch sanitary sewer and all appurtenances 1,563 LF of 24-inch, 336 LF of 36-inch, 288 LF of 42-inch, 171 LF of 54-inch, 165 LF of 7' x 6' RCB storm sewer and all appurtenances A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 2% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The deadline to ask questions is 8/23/2024 10:00 AM CST Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer.
