Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lacey, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This Contract Provides for the Improvements of Drainage and Pavement Features at Lacey Transit Center and Amtrak Station. In the Southeast Quadrant of the Lacey Transit Center, Replacement of Trench Drain System; Replacement of Storm Sewer Pipe; Replacement of Cement Concrete; Replacement of Cement Concrete Sidewalk; Replacement of Cement Concrete Curb; Topsoil Stripping; and Replacement of Quarry Spall Lined Drainage Path. In the Northern Parking Lot of Amtrak Station, Restoration of Existing Biofiltration Swale, Topsoil Stripping; Removal of Four (4) Trees; Replacement of Storm Drain Culverts; Replacement of Cement Concrete Sidewalk; and Quarry Spalls, and All Other Work, All in Accordance With the Contract Plans, Contract Provisions, and Standard Specifications. Transit Has the Right to Contract Based on the Grand Total (Base Bid + Additive Alternate #1), or Just the Base Bid if Additive Alternate #1 is Not Going to Be Awarded in the Contract. The Base Bid Includes Only the Work Associated With the Lacey Transit Center. The Engineer's Estimate is $80,475 to $120,713. This Project Does Not Have Federal Funding. Additive Alternate #1 Includes Only the Work Associated With the Amtrak Station. The Engineer's Estimate is $29,015 to $43,523. This Project Does Not Have Federal Funding.
