The Major Quantities of Work Are: Approximately 2,130 Cubic Yards of Common Excavation, Including Removal of an Existing Culvert Installation of a 92 Ft 8'x5' Precast Box Culvert With End Sections Installation of a 108 Ft 48" Reinforced Concrete Culvert With Aprons Placement of 1,450 Cubic Yards of Granular Embankment Bids Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond Made Payable to the Township as a Proposal Guarantee for at Least 5% of the Amount of the Bid. It is The Township's Intent to Begin and Complete Construction in the Year 2024. The Township Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Informalities. Prevailing Wage Rules Apply Per Minn. Stat. 177.41 Through 177.44. These Rules Require That the Wages of Laborers and Workers Should Be Comparable to Wages Paid for Similar Work in the Community as a Whole.
