Earthwork for both Mass Grading Phase 1 where the Park will be located and Phase 2 for the balance of the entire site. Includes all earthwork activities for the Park plan set inclusive of but not limited to all mass grading, rough grading, over-excavation, backfilling, and final fine grading. In addition to the earthwork activities scope within this bid category will include demolition, erosion control, and soldier beam/lagging shoring for the building structure as noted.
