Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Ontario, California. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and playground / park / athletic field.

The Contractor shall perform all Work within the time stipulated in the Contract, and shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utility services, and transportation to complete all of the Work required in strict compliance with the Contract Documents as specified in Article 5, below, for the following Project Ontario Ballpark Contractor is an independent contractor and not an agent of the City. The Contractor and its surety shall be liable to the City for any damages arising as a result of the Contractor's failure to comply with this obligation. Construction of a New MiLB Single-A Ballpark. The new facility will be for a capacity of 6,000 patrons, with around 4,500 fixed seats, berm and terraced seating, and fan amenities around the ballpark. The project will include a team store, exterior food hall pavilion, team clubhouses, dugout suites, press facilities, private club and suites, storage and maintenance, and other accessory areas. The structures will be of Type II construction, with a primary occupancy Group A-5, with other occupancies including A-2/A-3, S-1, S-2. The South parking lot is included in the project scope as well, with roughly 1,000 parking stalls and building pads for future F&B buildings.
