Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Bellevue, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work Contemplated to Be Performed Under This Contract is as Follows: o Remove Asphalt Concrete Pavement, Cement Concrete Curb, Gutter, and Sidewalk o Roadway Excavation o Construct Cement Concrete Curb and Gutter o Construct Cement Concrete Sidewalk and Curb Ramps o Install Junction Boxes o Property Restoration and Miscellaneous Work o Channelization and Signing o Traffic Control Bid Bond Required: Each Bid Shall Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond in the Form of Cash, Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Surety Bond in an Amount Equal to at Least 5% of the Amount of Such Bid. Checks Shall Be Made Payable to the City Treasurer. Should the Successful Bidder Fail to Enter Into a Contract and Furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond Within the Time Stated in the Specifications, the Bid Bond Shall Be Forfeited to the City of Bellevue. The City of Bellevue Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids and to Waive Irregularities and Informalities in the Bidding Process. This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award.
