** As of January 3, 2025, project was awarded to ANC Facility Services , awarded amount is $ 71,712.00. ** Lakemont-Highlands Park Irrigation System Upgrades Project Manager Estimate: $88,000.00. BID AWARD: Award shall be to the lowest responsive responsible bidder. Awarded Contractor shall have 10 business days to submit all required contract documents to the Project Manager. Contract documents shall include original Bidder Qualification Certificate, original Title VI Affidavit, original Invitation to Bid Form, performance & payment bond, retainage, and Certificate of Insurance. Failure to return these documents within this time period may deem Contractor's Bid as Non-Responsive. BONDS & RETAINAGE: A Bid bond, Performance bond, Payment bond and retainage are required on this project. TIME OF COMPLETION: Work under this contract shall begin with Notice to Proceed from the City. Work shall be completed within 60 days. REJECTION OF BIDS: The City of Bellevue reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive irregularities and informalities in the bidding process. No Bid may be withdrawn until sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening thereof.
