Site work for a civil project in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The Construction Manager at Risk will begin with the firm in an agency support role for preconstruction services. The CMAR will assume the risk of delivering the project through a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contract. The CMAR will be responsible for construction means and methods, and will be required to solicit bids from prequalified subcontractors to perform the work using the City's subcontractor selection process. The CMAR may also compete to self-perform limited amounts of work. The GMP must be submitted in MAG or CSI format or it will not be accepted Question Deadline 11/07/2025 at 4:00 PM MT Questions pertaining to this selection process or contract issues should be submitted via the Procurement Portal at online No questions will be answered on site. All questions must be submitted via online and will be addressed through a formal notification. This work is adjacent to a 69-kV aps transmission main, although we don't anticipate any pole-bracing will be required. The Lift Station 58 Refurbishment project will relocate the existing station approximately 100-ft to the north along 20th Street. The new design will increase the firm capacity of the site to 0.5MGD and expand the site footprint. This will allow for construction of a new and larger wet well, new submersible pumps, new above ground force main header piping, the addition of a redundant force main, replacement of a natural gas generator with a diesel generator, upgrading the electrical equipment, instrumentation and controls, a new site layout with new vehicle gate, demolition of existing site and equipment, bypass pumping during construction and relocation of the existing parks department irrigation equipment and controllers.
