The United Nations Development Corporation (UNDC) is a New York State public benefit corporation established in 1968 to develop and operate office space and other facilities for the United Nations (UN), missions to the UN, and UN-related organizations within a defined development district in the vicinity of the UN headquarters in New York City. UNDC financed, developed, and currently operates three buildings known as One, Two, and Three UN Plaza. The UNDC properties are managed by Cushman & Wakefield. Please note that Three UN Plaza is not part of this solicitation. UNDC is seeking proposals from qualified special inspections firms to provide special inspections services related to certain renovations and base building upgrades expected to commence in Q4 2024 at One and Two UN Plaza. Both buildings will be occupied and operational during construction and various floors will have active tenant improvement work underway.
