The City of Port St. Lucie (City) requires construction services for the SW Airoso Blvd. Median Improvements. This project is along SW Airoso from SW Fairview Ave to 200' south of Whitmore Dr. for a total distance of approx. 0.2 mile. The improvements are as follows: o SW Airoso Blvd. o Clearing and grubbing o Milling and Resurfacing various sections of roadway o Installation of curbing and traffic separators o Signing and pavement markings o Utility adjustments as needed. o Drainage improvements o As-Built Records The work shall be in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Standard Plans and Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (FY 2023-2024). The Contractor is to provide a complete project as shown and described in the contract documents, bid specifications and project plan set prepared by Marlin Engineering consisting of the following: o Port St. Lucie SW Airoso Blvd. Median Improvements Plan Sheets 1 to 18 The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, labor, and equipment necessary for a complete project based on all specifications and any contract amendments that may be deemed necessary. The construction contract period is One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days with no option for renewal. The Contractor must have all required licenses and certifications necessary to perform this work. The approved license for this work includes a State of Florida General Contractor License. The contractor shall be FDOT MOT certified. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify with the City's Building Department that they possess the proper licenses and certifications to perform the work prior to submitting a bid. The City of Port St. Lucie reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities or irregularities, to negotiate with any qualified Proposers, and to accept or reject all or any part of any proposal as it may deem to be in the best interest of the citizens of the City.
