Estimated value $1,500,001-$4,000,000. HS563K - IT Takes a Village Academy - Cafeteria Upgrade / Path of Travel The project is located at 5800 Tilden Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11203 The Contractor shall achieve Final Completion for the Performance Period on or before 600 continuous calendar days from NTP date. Liquidated Damages: Fifteen Hundred ($1,500) Dollars per Continuous Calendar Day and as set forth in the A Bid Bond along with its Power Attorney prepared on the form attached to the Construction Contract as Appendix C or a Certified Check of the Bidder for five (5%) percent of the Bid Amount must accompany the Lump Sum Bid Form the successful Bidder shall furnish to the SCA and maintain during the term of the contract, at its own cost and expense a Construction Performance Bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the contract price as security for faithful performance of the Contract; and a Labor and Material Payment Bond in an amount at least equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract price for the payment of all persons performing labor on the project under the contract or furnishing materials in connection with the Contract Pursuant to the SCA's authorizing legislation, contracts will only be awarded to contractors prequalified by the SCA. If the Bidder is not prequalified at the time of the bid opening its bid will not be accepted.
