Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Non Collusion Affidavit, Certificate of Prequalification, Affidavit as to Total Amount of Uncompleted Contracts, and Certificate of Registration With the State of New Jersey. Each Bidder Must Comply With N.j.s.a. 34:11-56a4 and N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.25, Et Seq. Regarding the Payment of the Prevailing Wages to All Workmen Engaged in Public Works. All Bids Shall Be Irrevocable, Not Subject to Withdrawal and Shall Stand Available for a Period of (60) Sixty Days. The Board Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids and to Waive Any Informalities if It is Deemed to the Best Interest of the Board to Do So. The Northern Valley Regional High School District Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informalities in Any Bid, or to Award Separate Contracts or a Lump Sum Contract (as Applicable), in Such a Manner as Shall Be, in the Judgment of the Board of Education, Deemed in the Best Interest of the School District, All in Conformity With the Law.
