Site work and paving for a civil project in Lake Oswego, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The City of Lake Oswego ("City") is requesting the repair of twenty-four size 36" diameter manhole lids constructed on top of concrete vaults. The work includes mobilization, erosion control, traffic control, minor manhole adjustments and pavement restoration with hot crack seal. The manways are located along Lanewood, Douglas Circle, Iron Mountain Blvd, B Ave, Durham Street and McVey Ave. Project Substantial Completion shall be October 21, 2024 and Project Final Completion shall be October 31, 2024.
