The City of College Station is issuing this Request for Proposal(s) (RFP) from interested and qualified firms to provide a technical and pricing proposal for a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) contract to build the City of College Station's Water Wells 10, 11, and 12 and related pipeline to the tie-in location with the City's water transmission system. It is the intent of the City of College Station to select a single CMAR to accomplish all the services outlined in this Request for Proposal; however, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards if it is in the City's best interest to do so. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities and irregularities in proposals received, to negotiate with all qualified sources, or to cancel, in part or in its entirety, this Request for Proposal if found in the best interest of the City. All proposals become the property of the City of College Station. In order to ensure a fair and objective evaluation, all questions and inquiries related to this Request for Proposal shall be addressed in writing via the Q&A feature available through the Bidding Portal. The deadline for written questions is 2:00 p.m. CT on Thursday, August 29th, 2024.
