Description

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a fire / police facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

Removal and replacement of a portion of driveway for Eden Road Fire Station A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. The successful bidder, when awarded a contract, shall furnish Performance and Payment Bonds (with suitable surety), as specified in the Contract. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is not subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. All proposals must be submitted online via online and include documents outlined within the specifications.
