GROUND FLOOR EXISTING 13,425 SF WORK AREA 605 SF A certified check or bank draft payable to the Housing Authority of the City of Lancaster, U.S. Government Bonds, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the bidder and acceptable sureties in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of base bid shall be submitted with each bid.
