Renovation of a museum in Miscouche, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
Scope of Work: 1. Replacement of 3 A/C Units with new air-to-air heat pumps 2. Reinstallation of boiler hydronic heating controls 3. Replacement of existing steel oil tank with a new fiberglass oil tank A Bid Bond equal to at least ten percent (10%) of the Tender amount and a Letter of Surety from a bonding company guaranteeing to supply a Performance Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount and a Labour and Material Payment Bond in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the total contract amount. Security Deposits, provided by General Contractors, must be in the form of a Certified Cheque or Bank Draft drawn on a Bank to which the Bank Act applies or a Credit Union, payable to "Minister of Finance, Province of Prince Edward Island".
