Description

Renovation of an educational facility in Greenwood, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a four-story above grade educational facility.

Construction Cost Range: $550,000 to $700,000 The modernization/ upgrade of the existing two elevator systems of Centennial Hall. The project scope includes the cabs, and the supporting mechanical and electrical infrastructure to ensure operation and code compliance. Contractor to ensure permitting for installation and post installation inspection through the SC LLR requirements. BID SECURITY IS REQUIRED IN AN AMOUNT NOT LESS THAN 5% OF THE BASE BID. PERFORMANCE AND LABOR & MATERIAL PAYMENT BONDS: The successful Contractor will be required to provide Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
