The owner has selected a Construction Manager. A timeline for construction has not yet been established. The School District of Greenville County (District) invites interested firms to submit a SEALED PROPOSAL to provide Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) Services for a Mauldin High School Stadium Expansion and a Carolina High School Restroom Building in accordance with the Scope of Work and Terms and Conditions of this solicitation. The Scope of Work section is provided in this solicitation in a later section. The Bid Security must be in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashiers Check payable to The School District of Greenville County. No personal checks, company checks or cash will be accepted. Bid Security shall be submitted with the bid or the bid may be considered nonresponsive and not subject to an award. The successful CM shall provide the SDGC Facilities Department Project Manager with Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds, each in the amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the awarded GMP. This project will begin after issuance of a purchase order and Notice to Proceed, with a Substantial Completion Date of July 27, 2025.
