Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Summit, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The construction of a new West Region Service Center, which includes: - A new Fire / EMS Facility - A new Magistrate and Sheriff Office Facility. - A new Pre-Engineered Storage Building. - Associated Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical. - Associated Sitework, Grading, Clearing, Drain Fields, Utilities. - Associated Work per Detailed Construction Documents. If a certified check is submitted in lieu of a Proposal bond, it will be made payable to the Lexington County Treasurer's Office, in the amount of 5% of the total Proposal amount. Successful Contractor may be required to provide Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina. Successful Contractor may be required to provide Labor and Materials Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract issued by a surety authorized to do business in the State of South Carolina.
