Roadside mowing within the Town limits of Summit twice monthly during growing season (March-October) or as needed (includes Town Hall property as well as the old Town Community Center near the recycling center). Roadside mowing includes chemical and manual maintenance of ditches and signs, also includes removal of medium to large size debris along roadsides. Maintain 1 mile walking track from Summit to Gilbert as well as circular walking track next to Town Hall including edging and mowing. Prune shrubbery as needed (usually 3 4 times per year). Pine straw around shrubbery and Town sign at least twice yearly. Weed eating, blowing or any chemical maintenance as needed. 12-month contract but may be cancelled by either party with a 2-month notice. Proof of liability insurance must be provided.
