Removal and Disposal of Hazardous, Universal, and Non-Hazardous Waste. No bidder may withdraw a submitted Proposal for a period of 75 days after the scheduled time for opening of the sealed bids. The term of this contract shall be two (2) years commencing upon the date of "Notice to Proceed". Award shall be based on the total for Years 1 and 2 of the bid form. PRT reserves the right to renew this contract for one additional year under the same terms and conditions. PRT will renew this contract for the option year at the unit prices entered for the second year, unless notice is given by PRT to the vendor/supplier that the contract is not being renewed. Prices quoted must remain firm for the period covered by this contract. Prices quoted shall include the cost of obtaining insurance coverages (see specification Section 11.0 - Insurance Requirement). Questions regarding any of the above bids will not be entertained by the PRT within five (5) business days of the scheduled bid opening. The Board of PRT reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
