Reference Number 0000359952 The project will include the site preparation, fabrication and installation of four signs in four parks within the City of Southfield: Bauervic Woods Park Carpenter Lake Nature Preserve Miller Park Simms Park Stakes have been placed within each park showing sign installation location. Contractor shall review site conditions at each park prior to submitting bid. Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Maintenance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % An e-bond payable to the City of Southfield for a sum not less than five (5%) percent of the amount of the Proposal shall be required with each Proposal. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory performance, labor and material, and maintenance and guarantee bonds in the amount of 100% of the project. The City reserves the right to reject all bids and to waive any irregularities in the proposals. No bids may be withdrawn after the above date and time for receiving bids for a period of sixty (60) calendar days.
