Reference Number 0000361053 The City of Southfield is soliciting proposals from qualified companies to repair the existing racquet ball court. The successful contractor will be required to enter into a contract and provide insurance acceptable to the City. Copies of these requirements have been included for your review. The project area is located on the north side of the municipal complex at 26000 Evergreen Road, Southfield, MI. The racquet ball courts are constructed of concrete block. The surfaces are cracked with peeling paint. Question Deadline 08/29/2024 at 5:00 PM ET Questions must be received no later than time and be sent to purchasingdept@cityofsouthfield.com. Place the name of the bid request in the subject line of the email. No proposal will be withdrawn for 60 days from its opening date. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularity in any proposal, to split awards by items or lots (unless otherwise stipulated either in the specifications or by the proposer) or to award to other than the low proposer, should any of the foregoing be deemed in its best interests.
