The Sheridan VA Medical Center has approximately 56 buildings that house multiple mechanical systems ranging from residential-sized gas water heaters and individual steam radiators to large commercial-industrial sized chillers and air handlers. Fifteen of these buildings house the main hospital and administrative buildings that constitute the primary working functions of the medical center. All HVAC systems on station require maintenance The equipment and systems to be serviced/maintained include and are not limited to Equipment listed in Attachment 1 - HVAC Equipment 2024 and the following: Place of performance is for this project is Sheridan VA Health Care System. Sheridan, Wyoming. Period of performance has a one-year base period of 10/01/2024 to 09/30/2025 with four (4) 12-month option periods. Offers are due 08-30-2024 @ 14:00 MST. All questions/inquiries must be submitted to the contract specialist via electronic mail (e-mail) not later than 08-21-2024 @ 14:00 MST. Inquiries submitted via telephone calls will be re-directed to an e-mail submission. Site visits must be prescheduled by contacting Lenny Spaulding, (307) 675-3414, Lenny.Spaulding@va.gov. Time slots are available between 0800-1100 MST 8/08/2024-08/20/2024. Once a prescheduled visit is confirmed, visitors will receive and instructions on how to access the Sheridan campus.
