Include in address subject line: St. Paul Fire Alarm System, 12444824Q0025. It is the Offerors responsibility to confirm the Contract Specialist's receipt of the offer. Offerors may submit an alternative Schedule of Items/Bid Schedule. If submitting an alternative Schedule of Items/Bid Schedule, the Offeror shall clearly indicate how all requirements of the SOW will be met with line items as proposed and shall be Firm Fixed Price without estimated quantities.
