Ramsey County (the "County"), through the Property Management Department, seeks= contractors to provide all supplies, equipment, materials, and labor for the testing, repair, and maintenance of facility generators, and the rental of emergency generators, for various locations as required by the County (the "Services"). Ramsey County Generator Maintenance and Repair Services for Ramsey County Facilities For any non-service level specific project with an anticipated cost of over $50,000, Ramsey County will obtain and evaluate at least two (2) written quotes using the same scope of work. Notice of Intent to Award: Week of September 16, 2024 Question Deadline 08/30/2024 Addendum with Answers to Questions Issued: September 05, 2024 All employees of the Contractor shall conduct themselves in a professional and courteous manner. Personnel deemed unacceptable by Ramsey County shall be replaced immediately. Ramsey County reserves the right to reject any employee. For security reasons, each of the Contractor's employees will have a uniform identifying the name of the Contractor and the employee.
