Demolition, site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of a mixed-use development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility; for the demolition of a warehouse / distribution facility; warehouse / distribution facility; for site work for a warehouse / distribution facility; for asbestos abatement for a warehouse / distribution facility; and water / sewer project.
The work of this project includes several small projects at Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and outbuildings including ARFF, Materials Storage Building, and North Field Maintenance Building. These projects include but are not limited to demolition, curtainwall replacements, trench drain repairs, doors, door hardware, finish improvements, and painting. Civil work includes floor leak repairs. Mechanically, this project includes CRCU replacement, air curtain replacements, RTU removal, automatic soap dispenser installations and bottle filler installations. Electrically, this project includes lighting replacements and reconnections for various other items. Project also includes abatement of hazardous materials. The scope of work includes the removal of approximately: Sixty-three (63) window panels on the lower level and main level of the E-Concourse Sixteen (16) column faces on the lower level and main level of the E-Concourse Ten (10) door windows on the main level of the E-Concourse Ten (10) louvers on the main level of the E-Concourse Thirty-two (32) upper (at Roof level) and lower (at main level floor level) panels on the E-Concourse
