Conceptual plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

Provide construction services for a public park directly south of City Hall, in the heart of the Village at Colleyville. The purpose of the park is to provide a public place for heroes' memorials, education, personal enjoyment, and community events. The construction and/or modifications may include, but are not limited to, a custom pavilion and stage, shade structures, entry portal, street closure, lighting, new roadway alignment, tall memorial walls, low heroes walls, low walls for seating, entry walls, Colleyville history wall, open lawn area, lightings, aspects such as water feature, sculptures, wall graphics, various hardscape elements, landscape irrigation, landscaping, and other miscellaneous improvements as indicated on the drawings that allow for passive enjoyment of the open space and heroes memorials, elements that allow for use for public gatherings and events such as outdoor concerts, heroes dedication and memorial events, and all other special events.. All improvements are designed to meet or exceed current ADA guidelines. The work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, construction staking, site preparation, demolition, traffic control, existing tree protection, earthwork, and site utilities improvements.
