CR Number: 2112673 The Village is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified engineering consultants to assist with the Village's proposed $2,621,000 Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project, consisting of the replacement of well pumps, the construction of well improvements to include mounting pump-related equipment within weatherproof outdoor enclosures adjacent to the wells, construction of a concrete pad upon which to install a backup generator, extending the asphalt driveway to provide a turnaround area, upgrading the chemical feed system, and completing complementary improvements to the site and on-site buildings to improve operator access and safety, facilitate operation and maintenance, and provide adequate security for proposed equipment . The Village is hereby requesting engineering consultants to submit qualification packages in response to this Request for Qualifications to assist with construction phase (administration and observation) consulting services. Minority and Women Business Enterprise firms are encouraged to respond. The Village Board reserves the right to reject all submissions that do not meet the intent of the RFQ requirements. The Village reserves the right to conduct or waive interviews at its discretion depending upon the experience and qualifications received from each consultant. In addition, the Village may choose at its sole discretion to solicit separate qualifications and designate another consultant for any of the individual projects undertaken.
