Reference Number 0000359903 The City of Monroe intends to select a consultant to assist in Revisions to the current Airport Layout Plan (ALP). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. Award Requirements - All or None Award The project schedule is anticipated to follow typical timelines for a project of this type. As this planning project is necessary to allow for the City of Monroe to move forward with future capital projects, work should be undertaken as swiftly as possible, with a schedule to be mutually agreed upon with the City and the State of Michigan, but in no case shall work extend beyond June 30, 2027 unless extenuating circumstances are present. The project may be completed over multiple funding cycles and funded in full or in part with funds and/or multiple grants from the Federal Aviation Administration, State of Michigan, and/or local sources. The selected firm will be subject to all state and federal requirements. Questions can be directed to Patrick M.
