Reference number: 20012769 Deadline for receipt of complaints; 2024-08-26 The Municipality of the Village of Senneville is requesting tenders for the stabilization of a 23-metre segment of shoreline and the installation of a storm outfall at the site of 282 chemin de Senneville, bordering lac des Deux Montagnes. The first phase will be carried out in autumn 2024 and will involve civil engineering work, mainly earthworks, riprap, surface stone, rainwater pipes and an initial clean-up of the site. From the start of the works, a maximum of 7 working days will be allowed for the execution of the first phase of the works. The second phase will be carried out in the spring of 2025 for the revegetation work, which mainly involves laying topsoil, BioD-Mat, planting and installing the cultivated turf. If the site is flooded in the spring, the second phase will be carried out as soon as the land has dried out. A maximum of 3 working days will be allowed from the start of the revegetation work for the second phase of the project. This tender covers the supply of materials, labour and equipment required to stabilize a shoreline embankment approximately 2 m high and 23 m long, and to install a storm outfall. The work covered by these specifications includes, but is not limited to, the following: implementation of environmental protection measures; signage for work on the adjacent street; felling a dead tree; dismantling and disposing of an old wall of large concrete blocks along the shoreline (approx. 50 blocks); excavation and profiling of the shoreline slope; stabilization of the riparian slope with riprap; installation of a 900 mm-diameter storm pipe with granular cushion and granular encasement; removal of excess excavated material and disposal of off-site debris; Placement of topsoil and BioD-Mat; planting and installation of cultivated turf; cleaning and tidying up the site; plant maintenance during the warranty period. * Award is subject to final approval.
