Addition of 525mm and 675mm-diameter storm mains on this stretch of Senneville Road; - Replacement of the 150mm drinking water main, including replacement of service connections and installation of a 900mm-diameter storm pipe in the front lot under the McKenzie Avenue roadway, between 2 McKenzie Avenue and the Pacific Avenue intersection; - Abandonment of the back-lot storm pipe and relocation of existing private connections to the new storm pipe; - Installation of a 600mm-diameter front-lot storm pipe under the pavement on Pacific Avenue, between 32 Pacific Avenue and the McKenzie Avenue intersection; - Rehabilitation of pavement structure and paving on McKenzie and Pacific avenues; - Construction of curbside valley on Pacific Avenue; - Curbside ditch construction and profiling on McKenzie, replacement of private culverts and private driveway repairs; - Rehabilitation of grounds and landscaping. The contract should be awarded to the lowest compliant bidder at a special meeting of the municipal council to be held around mid-July 2025.
