The Bidder (Prime Contractor) shall be currently licensed and hold a certification or registration issued by the Florida Construction Industry Licensing Board as an Air Conditioning Contractor (Class "A") or Mechanical Contractor in strict accordance with Chapter 489, Florida Statutes.
