Broward County Construction Management Division is seeking a qualified Vendor for a fixed contract to procure two scopes of work under this solicitation: 1. Wind Retrofit and Generator, and 2. Capital Improvements at the North Homeless Assistance Center (HAC). There are no goals assigned to this project. has advised that this project includes a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant Agreement. The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor by total bid price. In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions for requirements). Each submittal shall be accompanied by a bid guaranty in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid amount (refer to Bid Guaranty, Performance and Payment Guaranties, and Qualifications of Surety Requirements). Broward County is collecting entity ownership information for Vendors.
