For the following contracts: Contract No. 24-12 Municipal Building Interior Signage and Exterior Electronic Sign Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the installation of an exterior electronic sign, fabrication and installation of donor plaques to be mounted on an existing exterior structure, and the fabrication and installation of interior wayfinding signage throughout the Township Municipal Center, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One- Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. Bidders must comply with all State anti-kickback regulations pertaining to work associated with this project and will be required to submit an executed anti-collusion statement with the bid. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply.
